Life has taught me many things and I hope to share the lessons with you.  Player X is not just for athletes, it was created to help anyone who wants to better themselves.  I will share my mindset, muscle, motivation philosophy that continues to change my life.

            MINDSET

 

     Throughout my life I have had incredible high points and faced challenges that have almost broken me.  Setbacks, injuries, relationships, and career changes all have helped me understand the intricate relationship and immense impact that mindset has on our lives.  In my blogs and pod casts we will explore the complicated entanglement that mindset has and how we can make it positive and not detrimental to our needs, dreams, and goals.

               MUSCLE

 

    The mind, body connection is remarkable.  I believe that you must train both to reach your fullest potential.  My background in sports physiology, years spent playing minor league baseball, coaching, and training a variety of athletes and everyday people, has given me a unique perspective on the many facets of fitness. I  Still remember the 1st time my father took us to a power-lifting gym to train.  I was 15 years old, and from that day forward the mind- body connection was made for me.  

    I will share with you everything that I have learned, from my own experiences, and over 20 years in the the fitness and sports industry. What works, what doesn't, and how to navigate through it all.

           MOTIVATION

 

 Motivation, or the  subtle art of momentum, has eluded me at times.  Life, so often forces us to look inward

and dissect the motivations that drive our actions. My hopes is to share what I have learned, what helps and what does not help in our quest to live our most fulfilling life.
